Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping: $7.95 per order.
Free shipping on orders over $50.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays are outside our control.
Live Plant Orders
Live plant orders are shipped directly from our trusted nursery partners. Because plants require special care in packaging and transit, please review the following:
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–4 business days of receipt.
Shipping transit times are usually 2–4 business days.
We take great care in packaging, but cannot guarantee against carrier mishandling or weather damage.
If a plant arrives dead or damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will review the case and determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued.
Live plant orders may ship separately from salon/boutique items, as they are fulfilled directly by the nursery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation).
